Sunday - 6 AM AGAIN

I made it for 6 am this morning ..... I was no tired.
I was so happy being paired again with Leigh for the entire practices.
This was awesome.
We learnt so much and I dod the first healing session on her with the new process.
AMAZING!!
We chatted a bit longer until midday, then my Sunday started.
I was slow but we made it to the flea market before they were packing up and then to Connie for a coffee.

The weather was so beautiful and we decided to take the picnic rug and cycle to thee canal.

We spend a few hours there and it was so lovely, so relaxing and so chilled.
I felt very happy.

My tyre was flat when we left and we had to push the bikes.
Stopped at Disco for an ice cream then brought the bikes home and had some Thai food at Pagode.

What a lovely end of the day.
