Never Bean Down Here Before

Our runner beans are reaching for the sun & snaking their way up the bamboo canes. It's a wonderful sight!

The ants too have been using the poles as a sort of bridge to the trees above the flower/ veg patch - think the Øresund Bridge between Denmark & Sweden - can't think what they want up there or what their up to when they get there!?

Our poached egg plants have also started flowering too. It's been all bright green, low lying, weedy-looking tangles & then this evening, I noticed one or two fried egg looking flowers beginning to open up. The excitement never ends! I will wait until they've flourished a bit & then I'll blip for all to see!

Then we can all share in the yolk.
