Oops

This is an apple tree rootstock (not graft) from my previous garden. I have had loads of them but all in pots that are now too small to hold enough damp earth if I go away for 10 days and it inexplicably doesn't rain. Quite a few died in my absence. Very pretty colours, though.

am - Catching up on life admin. Why is there so much of it?
pm - Gardening in light drizzle. Nice for the remaining apple rootstock.

Edit: It's not a disaster. Even if I were to graft any more apple trees, which is unlikely, I'd buy specialist rootstock.
