Not a Soldier Beetle

Grey, damp-feeling, but not windy today, so a more sensible macro-Blip-day than the days I usually try to do it. Set myself the task of finding life on the hogweed at the end of the garden - "anything but soldier beetles" - and succeeded. It's a definitely a fly and Google Lens has suggested Graphomya sp., which fits - larva feed in ditches and damp places (plenty of them around here), adults on the nectar of various flowers, and the striped pattern matches the various pictures Google showed me.
