Bow River

In extras doggy bowl of water, as it’s still very hot, 30C today. Some kind person had put it there for thirsty dogs, I was tempted to drink it coming back home!
M and I went down to the river. Me walking M on bike. Last time I was there climbing over the stones to the water’s edge was no problem. I was scared to do it this time because of my new knee.. so we didn’t stay there a long time and she cycled back home it took me ages, carrying sticks which had been found…it was sooo hot.
