I'd like to make a formal complaint about this weather.

It is very, very, very hot.

It is extremely, extremely, extremely hot.

In a very hot way.

I am used to rain. This is the Pennines. I am a sheep dog. I have a furry coat. I think there is a mistake?

aprecious says if I don't shut up she will lock me in the cellar. I went in there yesterday. It was very cool indeed.

So, aprecious I say to you, "It is very, very, very hot..."

Swam 3 miles today. I don't know whose idea it was to do a 6 mile swim but it's a bloody long way. Whoever she is, she needs her head testing.

Maud and I had a great walk this morning before I have to go to work this afternoon and evening. I absolutely love this photograph, for all sorts of reasons most of which are probably quite tedious to everyone else - but hey.
