Calm before the storm

Here is the railroad station near Hsinchu Science Park. People can transfer to Taiwan High Speed Rail here. The typhoon is heading toward northern Taiwan. When I took this photo, it was calm, cloudy and a bit windy. Few minutes later, violent rain and winds hit us. This is the season with lots of typhoons in Taiwan.
