What you see is the Ivangorod Castle on the Russian side. The picture is taken from the Estonian side. It's just this river between those countries. If you look really sharp and close, can you see a lot of people on the far left side of the Russian castle. So, people on both sides are looking at each other, over the borderline. But the tree on the right side of the picture looks like a broccoli......     :-)
