Friday

I had to get up early this morning, 8am, as I had an appointment at the surgery for a blood test.   The reason the appointment was so early was the fact that one of the tests required fasting, so no breakfast, no cuppa, just water. After the test we went to The Commandery and I had a toasted vegan cheese sandwich.  We also had coffee, of course. 

Home then for tennis, Wimbledon semi finals, Ann went out for a walk, I slept through the second set.

We walked through the gardens by the Commandery on our way out.  There are lots of interesting flowers, mostly wild. Perfect for Flower Friday hosted by BikerBear.
