Rosa filipes 'Kiftsgate'

This beautiful rambling rose clambers the trellis in my garden, competing with an evergreen clematis.
I look forward to this time of year, around mid July, when clusters of creamy white flowers with golden stamens blossom and appear en masse on vigorous arching canes - a sight to behold when in full bloom and with a delicious scent filling the air.
