The Art of Reading

Thank you Poor Traits for reminding me of a master photographer Andre Kersetz. I went digging out this ancient project I did many moons ago for old times sake.

The photo in extra of the boys reading is a darling image you will agree. The main blip shows Rodchenko’s mother struggling to hold her last pair of spectacles together. Can someone indicate to me if the writing is legible. If not I will try to magnify it.

This blip is dedicated to Poor Traits (no mean photographer himself) to thank him for reminding me of Old Man Andre.

I had a glorious swim this morning. Might try some housework later ( no promises there though), ladies final in the afternoon and then daughter and grand daughter are coming over later for fish stew. I make a good one. Fish chunks,, leeks, bell peppers, garlic in a creamy sauce served with rice.

They are going to see Dave Grohl in Dun Laoghaire this afternoon. To be honest I’m not sure if it’s him or a tribute but they will enjoy it either way
