Playing with my food

The weather forecast wasn't very inspiring, so I cracked on with domestics; a couple of loads of washing and suchlike. I also made these bad boys. Beef patties stuffed with mozzarella. I used a red onion (that's what you can see in the raw shot), fresh marjoram, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. I also made a tomato and coriander sauce - that's what is visible on the cheese in the final shot. The four on a plate are cooked and cooling to go in the freezer.
