Well Oiled

MrsT and I did the early morning dog walk before I hotfooted it down to Parkrun.

A respectable 24:08 with subsequent aches and pains afterwards.

So, a trip to H&B for some assistance.

Cancelled ten pin bowling with the FiL as too much on today. Hopefully get back to it next week.
