Bloomin' (wild) onion

Now I'm hungry for something from the Outback restaurant!
The temps are scorching here in CO, as they are all over the US. Yesterday's high of 100 F set a record. So when I decided to go "forest bathing" at the near by open space I knew I needed to start early..but so did everyone else! At 7:15 am all the parking spots were taken and I had to park on the street. But it was worth it to get outside and see God's beauty before the heat of the day.
