Mr and Mrs Iversen

A mixed day, some lovely sunny spells, then cloud and drizzle, some mist on the hills, breezy too.

Up at 5am again, another early shift in the airport.  Mostly working on the check-in desk all day, busy too.  Popped by Laura's on my way home, a good gathering of the family along too.  Kitty and siblings are fairly getting around now, I was used as a human climbing frame.  Off out to our friends wedding tonight.  

After 19 years together, Lesley Smith and Yan-Erik Iversen have finally tied the knot.  I've known them both for over 20 years now, what a fun we used to have in our younger days.  The wedding was earlier in the day, with a reception in the hall tonight.  Plenty of old friends attending too, not seen some in years.  We met up with Robert and Shannon for pre drams.  Super glad to be part of their celebrations, lang may their lum reek.  The cheeky happy couple, Lesley and Yan-Erik, in the Scalloway Hall.
