A busy day

This is our son and fiancée’s house . They have spent 3 years renovating it. We have been slightly involved and I have painted most of the shutters and the garage doors. They were all deep dark brown and now they are a lovely modern blue. Today I finished off a pair of door shutters that I started last time we were here. Each shutter needs 2 coats of undercoat and 2 top coats to ensure that the brown cannot be seen through!
This evening we took them out for a meal which is actually quite challenging with 2 under twos! We managed it though and enjoyed it.
