LEMONS INTO….

A few weeks ago a friend gave me a huge bag of LEMONS, so I juiced them & froze the juice in ice trays.

I live about an hour from a very large
agricultural area that specializes in growing STRAWBERRIES. There is a stand, near the post office, that sells just picked strawberries & other local fruit. I bought a large box last week, so I sliced & froze them.

Today, I used both to make
STRAWBERRY LEMONADE, which
reminds me of a slush from my younger years.

Great for the “Dog Days of Summer.”
