We were expecting sand!

First stop today was Battle where we got sort of stuck in a car park. Well we could have paid £4.50 to leave immediately or hang around for an hour and a quarter and pay £1 to get out. Well my husband is a Yorkshireman, so say no more!
Seen the delights of Hastings, Winchelsea, Rye, Hawkhurst and lots and lots in between. So pretty down here.
