Flaky savouries

Great for snacking on during the footie.

Roll out fridge chilled shop bought puff pastry. Slather with Dijon mustard. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Roll up again and chill.

Meanwhile preheat oven and baking tray to 180 degrees.

When pastry is fully chilled again, cut into transverse sections, place on a sheet of baking paper the same size as the baking tray then slide the baking paper onto the hot tray in the oven for around 15 minutes.

Some people use Marmite instead of mustard.
