Enjoying the sunshine

Japanese anemone are now flowering, when passing I could hear buzzing although couldn’t see a bee, a few minutes later one popped into view and flitted in and around the flower.  A good day in the garden although resting an aching back at the moment, this has helped me realise how much better it has felt recently thanks to work carried out by the osteopath and exercises from the physiotherapist
