NHM Wildlife Garden: Blow Fly Blow!

I had another enjoyable lunchtime macro session in the wildlife garden today. The sun was out and so were the insects! I got close-up shots of damselflies, hoverflies, and this blowfly. I really wanted to get a good head-shot of the blowfly after only getting its bum on Tuesday.

As much as I'm enjoying this camera's macro features, I can't wait to get my Nikon back; I feel naked without it!
