Anyone have ideas for lines 2 to 5 following the AABBA pattern?

Today we arrived in Limerick. Sunny as usual, which is a funny thing to say about Ireland, and the Irish will agree because weather like this comes around about 'once in thirty years', many have remarked. We have been lucky, so far ... and thankful, too. Seen King John's Castle from the outside (the inside is visually negligible, the locals say, although the castle deserves mention in the history books) and St. Mary's Cathedral. May tomorrow be as sunny! ... and it is forecasted to be.
