How is it?

Thanks for the comments over the past few days - much appreciated...

So today it was the annual pond party. Not quite as glamorous as maybe it sounds, but with the help of B & G it has gone from green to clean. Normally green might be a sign of goodness and eco - but not in the case of our duck pond! Each year we have discovered a whole duck egg or two perfectly preserved in the sludge. We tend to pick a hot day and by mid afternoon have a well earned ice cream break.

We remember the year that G & M came up from the south to holiday on the Isle of Mull and ended up digging our duck pond!

So the rest of the day has seen the ducks exploring the clean pond - here's Darcy on the rock edge as if she's asking the others, "How is it?' I wonder if she's made it in yet?
