...cold pack in place ready for morning excercises. 

Bruising is behaving and arnica is helping.

A reasonably good night's sleep all things considered. 

Better controlled with gradual  reducing levels of the strong stuff.

Hubby back at work today, looking forward to some peace.

Sister is staying with me though.
