A Vintage Day Out...

Today we went to Cressing Temple Barns for a Vintage Day Out in aid of the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity.  We went at the invitation of Mr MC's brother and was our first time listening to our niece sing with her vintage group The Harmonettes.  They were marvellous as was the day: they were dressed in  vintage style as were many of the attendees.  We visited stalls, looked at vintage cars and vans and admired the wonderful garden which had flowers, trees and herbs, both for cooking and medicinal.
Mr MC and I went home mid afternoon to watch the rest of the men's finals at Wimbledon then it was onto Mr MC's brother's house where we had a wonderful BBQ followed by a not so wonderful (for us) Euro 24 final.  It was definitely Spain's day!
