At the hospital this afternoon for my follow up eye check with the consultant that did the cryotherapy 5 weeks ago. All good, healed nicely and signed off. He did say however that the cataract in the same eye is at a stage ready to be done, so suggested I return to the optician to get booked in.

I did have an emergency ‘curve’ in reserve taken at home this morning and thought I was going to need to use it, but whilst sitting in the waiting area, was killing time looking around and realised all the waiting room chairs were conveniently joined by some curved legs. That will do nicely.

Minimal processing done as I’m still a bit blurry from the eye drops, but hopefully it looks OK!
