Home from home

We drove west from Edinburgh in the afternoon and reached the boat around teatime. On the journey along the M8 there were signs reporting a Yellow Weather Warning for heavy rain. Thankfully it has been a beautiful evening and we are our M&S sandwiches outside on the deck. Luxury!

Heading home tomorrow after a weekend with the Precious. Well, with two of her offspring, as the twinnies were driven off to parts east by granny and papa, my SiL’s (Gustavo’s) parents. The Precious and Gustavo went off to a wedding and their first night away from their four children in almost a year! It’s the twinnies’ birthday next week. :-)

We’ll see them again soon as they’re coming to Northern Ireland for their holidays! Woohoo!
