This is Toddler E helping to water, blast away my potatoes! Busy day, was hopping to be out tonight, but went to a Bike forum meet up this morning which was great, learned a lot and now really cant wait to get a bike.

Then Work, lots of it, a rushed trip to the Dogs Trust, we called ahead and confirmed the two dogs we were going to see were still Orphans and they were. However by the time we had completed the one hour drive they had both found new homes.

We now have to go back on Tuesday to see some other suitable dogs, which where not ready for us to see today! I like the idea of adopting from the Dogs Trust rather than [directly] funding an Eastern European Puppy Farm, or a KC registered IN-breeder but the hassle factor is we significant and financially I am not sure the hassle is worth the £400 saving. However what price do you put on welfare and morals?

Off to blow my diet on some Ice Lollies.
