Yum-Yum

Lemon Yum-Yum Cake, as invented by S this morning.

Early start this morning to get the car (fingers crossed) to the garage by 7:30 and the cycle back. A bit cooler than expected but shorts & T-shirt were fine. The cycle routes in Cambridge are a right Curate's Egg. Some parts are a real pleasure, others a right nightmare.

Anyway, got home and started working (initially doing some photoshopping which is rarely part of my normal working day). Some hours later the remaining cheeseminors emerged, but that was shortly followed by sounds of cooking; baking a cake for Mum. I do like my sons.

I don't think there's supposed to be quite so much lemon... but no-one's complaining.

Long and intensive day today, a day that the network decided to go slow. Then cycling back to the garage to learn the price of electronium oil and pick the car up.

Needs a second dose of electronium next week. Whoopee.

The evening meal was chips, slouching on the playing field, followed by lemon yum-yum cake at home.

Yum.
