These Pieris buds are the warmest thing I've seen today, apart from a bowl of hot soup! The 'feels-like' temps today have gone from -8° to -1° right now. Very cold, gusty wind with a measly .2 flakes of sleet earlier but no snow. Today's max looks like 4 or 5 at the most. Brrr.
