Hot Friday.

Run home from work was hard.......hot hot.
Glad to get home to see the boys. Most nights this week I've been quite late and although I've seen them, it's only been briefly. Not used to being away from them this much!

Quick trip into the garden for a blip. This little guy was having his tea in the shade of the hedge. (wonder if it was a carry out!)

Spotted a little house sparrow tonight feeding in the garden that seems to have lost the use of its legs. It can still fly and was feeding quite happily on the seeds that have fallen on the ground under the feeders.
There are a few cats that watch our feeders so I'm hoping they havnt been watching him. (but as I said before he can still fly so he should be fine.) Going to keep an eye out for him to see how he gets on through the year........(obviously will be blipped at some point!!) If the cats don't get him first
