Iodine Hipster

It's been a while..sorry dropped off without a trace with too much going on ....pool, rugby club, election, pain research ..and much fun stuff too of course! Anyway been steadily clearing the decks...

Pictured is a surprise present from one of my new "friends" at the hospital - made 7 new ones this morning from the comfort of my room. One even did a funky arrow tattoo on my right hip!  Throw away pants pictured for my hip replacement in about 45 mins (mess from having spinal anaesthetic).
