Walking on air

A lovely long walk (8km/5 miles) at Dalkeith with Phin this morning where I took advantage of the bend in the road by the bridge to get today’s blip. Thanks to JacZero for hosting MonoMonday.

Patceied up a couple of items sold in Vinted before heading to my local salon for a much needed pedicure. My feet feel marvellous!

Cooked the pork with toasted carrots, roast potatoes, broccoli in a cheese sauce and peas and of course lashings of gravy. Finished the crackling in the air fryer. I’m not much of a fan but Mr PHL really likes it and pronounced it delicious.
