Don't fret

I wandered into a music shop and decided to treat myself to an early birthday present (it's the only way to make sure you get what you want).
It's not a leap in price from my cheap Mahalo but sounds much brighter. In spite of this improvement in sound quality it still seems to be insistent on playing the lost chords... Just how much money does a person have to pay out for an instrument that plays all the right chords?
