Yoga time

I got a 3 month “free” subscription to Apple Fitness when I bought my iPhone recently so I’m getting into yoga. I have a tendency to slouch a lot so it’ll be good for my back. I aimed to get back into running post -OU, but I’m mixing it in with some yoga also.
And after this I had berries and yogurt for breakfast- I’m practically Californian now.
