No prizes for guessing that it has been another rainy day. As we approach 5.30pm, there's a little more light grey in a dark grey sky.

Most of the fashion shops have been left with lots of unsold summer clothes, as 'Sale' signs spring up like daisies. I think the only people buying are those with overseas holidays coming up.
