Just what was not needed!

As I was unable to print anything. I tried what was suggested 3 times to no avail. The cartridges were “compatible” ones and still, according to the printer supplies were still about 75% full.

I resorted to contacting the company they were purchased from in December 2023 ho suggested other things to try - which failed. But they stood by their guarantee and say that they have credited me with the full cost. I hope in a few days to see the money back.

Moral - stick with manufacturers own cartridges even if they are more expensive.
