Amelie

The final day of a busy and enjoyable first week of summer. Some pottering. My wife and daughter had a fantastic time at the Dreamland gig in Margate yesterday. Over to Norwich for lunch and then to see one of my favourite films: Amelie as part of a Paris season, on Bastille Day. It's a wonderful piece of cinema, and I saw it on first release over 20 years ago. Feel good film. Back via McDonalds and to watch the England / Spain match. Wife and daughter back from Margate in the evening.
