"Where you going to go?"

Another blip from 'On the way to school'.
Gloucester has these signposts dotted all over the suburbs of the City, and a few in the City itself, showing how long it will take you to walk or ride to various places.
I think I could probably cut down a lot on the timings if I used my bike, as long as I can get it through the staggered fences and kissing gates that have been installed to stop the hooligans on their unregistered, untaxed, un-insured, motorbikes and mopeds! 
I have noticed a marked decrease in these screaming vehicles, which regularly don't have any sort of registration plates either, and the riders don't have helmets etc. since the police have been cracking down on them.
