Bureaucracy

My job I got in May has fallen through due to red tape. I won't bore you with the details but it's no wonder there is a shortage of nurses and midwives. I'd have to do a lot of extra training to resurrect my Nurse qualification for this job.Interestingly our regulatory body, The NMC Nursing and Midwifery Council have been in the news recently for bullying.......
I'll keep my Midwifery qualification running for another 3 years then finish. I'm not surprised and not upset. Time to move on with my life.
I helped mum sort a couple of admin things out and had a long chat with Toria on the phone.
Will and Esme took my paddle board out onto Derwent this afternoon. They had a lot of fun.
Charlotte is at the end of her covid infection, James and Theo are through the other side.
