In the Rose Garden

This has been the first day of the holidays that I could potter, look things up and get small admin jobs done.  I had scheduled in this kind of day following on from the weather warning, but infact it didn't rain much at all.
I visited mum later on, went to the allotment and went to Saughton Park-both for gardening jobs.
This evening I had The Craiglockhart Nature Reserve AGM, which wasn't bad. They showed some good film footage taken in the 1930s of boating and skating at the pond and of the old curling rink.
