Finally starting to feel a bit better but still sadly lacking in energy. I couldn’t do foodbank this morning - there is no way I could stand for that long, let alone do anything constructive.
Foodbank trustees this afternoon which again I didn’t go to - I still fall asleep so easily so knew I couldn’t sit through it. 
We did pop into town late afternoon, for some fresh air and a coffee at the beach cafe along with a walk by the harbour.
