Smokin’

Another warm muggy day with sunny intervals. I should really have taken a photo when I woke early this morning with the sun shining directly into my bedroom…but as you can see I didn’t! I did like the cloud formation on this one looking like they’ve come out of the chimney. Did some food prep before a grocery delivery arrived and watered the pots.

I dragged myself to see the wee one last night and realised it was the air pressure making me feel off colour when it started raining and the air cleared a little. I was royally entertained…I thought they were just going to be singing a few songs but it turned out to be a production of Peter Pan. Considering the kids were aged between 3 and 9 years old they did absolutely brilliantly. The wee one was a crocodile along with his nursery classmates and they did a dance about halfway through the show…he was hilarious! They had snouts…an egg carton attached to a headband but his was sitting just above his eyes and he couldn’t see the audience for it! He had his bum wiggles off to a tee though! They came back on stage to take a bow at the end and you could see he was dead on his feet as it was way past his bedtime. I’m going back to see him again tonight and really looking forward to it.
