Japanese Anemone

Tai chi this morning. I came home and attacked the garden to fill up the green bin. Some of my shrubs look like triffids. The skimmia has died I don't think it likes all the rain. 
This afternoon I went into school for a special concert. Mel the head teacher is retiring and each class performed a special song for her. It was wonderful and brought tears to my eyes several times especially when some of the children started crying. She is such a fantastic headteacher and so well loved by the children. She always put the children first.
