Cosy as…..!

Poppy stayed with us for a month and today two presents arrived from her and her mother. Colourful, warm Sheepskin slippers for me and a checked sheepskin blanket for Frida….we are very spoilt!

It’s been another very dull day.

A new experience for me was having Physiotherapy in my own home! Ash, the Physio who takes our balance class,  goes to her patients homes….I hurt my back in class, so she came and assessed me. Fortunately, all I needed was acupuncture , massage and some gentle stretches. What a difference!
