Long walk

Another long walk in the sun today. Bit faster pace this time. I met up with and old friend Mark and his boys. We headed out pretty much the same way I went yesterday but went a fair bit further. Almost to Barnbogle Castle.

It was great to get a catch up. In teh end we only walked five or six miles but it was quite a slog in that heat. Think I might have seen a bit much sun today.
