Yoga Seminar

Day 2 of Swami Krishnapremananda’s yoga seminars , this time at Lincluden Community Centre, Dumfries. It was another thought provoking seminar , a mix of practice, small group work, yoga nidra & meditation. Krishnaprem was our guest on Sunday night. My partner cooked a delicious Vegetarian Thai Curry.
I took KP to Kirkconnel Flow for a walk whilst the football was on TV. The better team won on the night . But I’m sad for England fans.
