Wild flowers...
...on our walk along the coastal path to Seaton Sluice...
..mallow, yarrow, ragwort, and a rose ( probably...)
We had a slow start to the day after a hectic week - coffee and the crossword before setting off.
Parked at the cemetery - thanks to Pat for the suggestion - then it was about 2 miles to the King's Arms for lunch ( first extra at Seaton Sluice ).
A walk back to the car, and since we were close we decided to pop in to Delaval Hall for a gander. It was taken over by the National Trust in about 2008, and we haven't visited since 2017 ( second extra ).
Great progress, and many more area open - we'll have to go again and spend a bit more time!
