This mornings yoga session.

Assisted by the dogs!! We had a lazy morning after a busy day yesterday. Walked to local supermarket- the long way round as there is a lack of pavement for some of the route. It was a sweaty trip. Found a plum tree enroute. Took a small bag full home.
