With the Pike

I love it when the Rosebay Willowherb begins to flower - the splashes of brilliant colour brighten up the hedgerows that are now beginning to look a little drab. 

And yes the sky was beginning to darken as I took the photo - we had some rain this afternoon, what a surprise.
